Last night’s unbelievably fresh dinner — as I’m finishing eating my mish of a leftover salad….

Arugula + endive salad with kalamata olives, kalamata olives, red wine vinegar and fresh pepper.

Pearl quinua with baby broccoli, bok choy, sun dried tomatoes, rosemary and sage.

Sea bass (caught yesterday) encrusted with wasabi peas cooked in soy sauce.
