Custom

We're more than happy to work with you to create a custom piece. We love visitors! If you are in the NYC area and would like to make an appointment to see the collection or design a ceremonial ring, please contact sales@emilieshapiro.com.

Jewelry Care:

Store in jewelry box to avoid tarnishing, avoid contact with harsh chemicals (such as perfume, chlorine and detergents) and drying your piece thoroughly when it gets wet. To clean, soak jewelry in warm water with mild soap and gently scrub with a soft bristled brush.

Materials

Emilie Shapiro Studio uses sustainable business practices by avoiding harsh chemicals, using recycled metals and packaging materials and working with vendors who share the same ethos. All metals used are recycled and nickel free, including our brass and bronze. Brass and bronze may turn your skin a greenish color, which is a natural reaction to the chemical makeup and is not harmful to you.

Delivery

All jewelry is handmade to order in our NYC studio, so we cannot ensure an exact ship date. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all orders to be created and shipped unless the item is in stock. If you need a piece by a certain date or would like to know if something is in stock, please contact us at sales@emilieshapiro.com

Shipping Rates

US Shipping Rates

USPS Priority shipping is free within the domestic United States. UPS Domestic with insurance ($14) delivered in 3-5 days. Please let us know if you would like it shipped another option.

International Shipping Rates

USPS Priority mail international ($25). For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. The recipient in this case, is responsible for payment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of New York. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.

Return Policy

The utmost quality and love are put into each piece. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, exchanges are accepted for online store credit within 14 days of receipt. Returns for items purchased at a retailer must be returned to the store and are subject to their store policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. You will receive a credit via email once the returned items are received at the studio. Store credits do not expire. To setup a return please email sales@emilieshapiro.com with your order number. Custom orders are not-exchangeable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ring Resizing

If you are unsure of your size, we recommend going to a local jeweler to check your ring sized. Ring resizing is complimentary and we ask that the customer pay to ship the ring to and from the studio. The utmost quality and love are put into each piece. If you should need a repair please email sales@emilieshapiro.com.

Repair Policy

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition please do not hesitate to email sales@emilieshapiro.com. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, repairs start at $25 but can vary depending on materials and the extent of the repair. After sending us an email and receiving confirmation you may send your piece back via a trackable shipping method to:

We recommend insuring your repair or return. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
