Returns & Repairs
The utmost quality and love are put into each piece. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, exchanges are accepted for online store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. You will receive a credit via email once the returned items are received at the studio. Store credits do not expire. To set up a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Custom orders are not exchangeable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer a one year limited warranty for all of our pieces. For any issue within that time frame, please contact email@example.com and include your order number, date of purchase and name of purchaser.
After this window, repairs start at $25 but can vary depending on materials and the extent of the repair. After sending us an email and receiving confirmation, you may send your piece back via a trackable shipping method to: Emilie Shapiro Studio, 3801 23rd Ave, No 416 Astoria, NY 11105.
We recommend insuring your repair or return. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the studio. Please ship in a hard, rigid box and not in a bubble mailer or envelope to avoid damage.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
