Why join the studio?

Hey there, I’m Emilie, and I’ve been making jewelry for over 20 years and teaching classes for over 10 years.

I’ve taught thousands of students at incredible institutions throughout NYC, but once I started to grow my family, it became tough to find the time to teach while also managing my own jewelry business.

One day during the beginning of the pandemic lockdown, while feeling bored and aimless, I decided to record myself carving a basic ring in wax. I had just put my oldest son down for a nap, and I used a few hand tools I had brought home from my studio and sat at my kitchen table. I made a few edits and posted it online. I was craving to connect with my creative community, and the response was incredible!

During this time, I taped weekly classes at my kitchen table; they were low tech but chock full of information. People really loved them, and I loved feeling reconnected to my community that I missed so dearly from teaching.

I’m so excited to relaunch my class platform in 2024. I’ve upgraded my videos and added more camera angles to really invite you into the studio with me. Plus, I’ve compiled much more comprehensive support information and resources.
