Learn how to carve a 3-dimensional shape out of hard and soft wax to be cast into metal in this beginner-intermediate class. I'll cover how to select the correct wax, trace, and cut out your shape. Then I'll demonstrate how to refine the shape with a variety of hand tools, as well as the flex shaft. We'll finish off the project by learning to make and attach a jump ring.
